I have used many opticians over the years, but none have ever come close to the quality that Crystal Eye Centre have provided me.
The staff are always welcoming and polite. And as for the actual optical procedure there this is absolutely second to none. A really tailored and understanding approach to helping you find the absolute right solution.
In a time where our high streets are becoming homogenised cookie cut replicas having Crystal Eye there as a small, independent and caring provider of eye health care is a marvel and their service really is second to none.

This is the best optician I have ever used. Their measurements of everything are so comprehensive I’ve never had such well-fitting glasses. I was reluctant to try varifocals (I’m in my 40s and thought they were for old people) but put my trust in them and I am over the moon.
The range of frames are very stylish and the shop itself is gorgeous. On top of that, my lenses will be replaced if I scratch them within the first two years. Really good independent shop.

The care and knowledge of the Crystal team is exceptional - I now feel completely confident that I'm receiving the best and most thorough eye care.
They take time to give helpful advice and take great care to monitor any changes, which is important to me as there is glaucoma and other risks in my family. Very much recommend!

This is an excellent opticians, I can't recommend Crystal Eye Centre enough. My eye test was probably the best I have ever had. When it came to choosing new glasses the help I received was fantastic with helpful suggestions and absolutely no sense of being rushed. They have a fantastic range of frames and I was confident I would find exactly the pair I was looking for. I picked up my new glasses today and I am absolutely delighted with them.

Everyone I've dealt with here has provided an excellent friendly service, and the products they sell are also first rate. In my case I needed a change to the lenses I was given and this was handled in the most professional, efficient manner.

I been going to Crystal Eye Centre since 2015 and I have not been disappointed. From the moment you walk through the door you are greeted by the friendly, efficient and dedicated staff. The service you get is first class every step of the way, from the eye test to choosing your frames and the aftercare it’s all excellent and thorough. And the products they offer are of a superior quality.

My second year going to Crystal Eye Care now and I couldn't be in better hands. The whole experience here is the best I have come across. The staff are so lovely here, experienced, unrushed and I feel completely at ease. I have high pressures in my eyes so the up to date scanning equipment gives me peace of mind as you see everything that's going on. The choice of frames and lenses are great, follow up is easy and they are happy for you to pop in anytime should new frames need an adjustment.

I had a much better check-up than I've experienced elsewhere, less rushed somehow. Had some good style and suitability advice on the new frames I wanted, and about varifocal lenses. The glasses were perfect for what I wanted, which hasn't always been the case elsewhere. Prices seem reasonable as well. I went back for a second pair pretty soon!

Really excellent service from friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Guidance and advice were first class and the service quick. I hadn't realised how bad my old glasses were until I got my new ones. I would definitely recommend them to anyone locally because not only are they very good at what they do, but they are also independent and, these days, that is a rare and wonderful thing!

Excellent service by friendly knowledgeable staff. The staff here are all experts in helping you choose the right frames and they do so with great patience. I was so impressed with the service my husband received that I arranged an eye test here for myself. I would highly recommend especially if quality lenses and frames are important to you.
